| 摘 要： | 发展区域经济是解决我国经济发展中出现的不平衡问题的有力措施。发展区域经济不仅要求经济领域中各种要素实现一体化,同时也要求实现区域法治的一体化。因此,适当的区域发展立法模式是实现区域法治一体化的首要条件。在目前的条件下,我国必须坚持以国家立法为主,地方立法为辅的区域发展立法模式。

| Abstract: | Developing the regional economy is a good way to settle the unbalanced development of national e-conomy.It requires not only the integration of the economic elements,but also the integration of the law.Thus,the first thing is to select a suitable model of the legislation about the regional development.Now,the best model should rely mainly on national legislation while making local legislation subsidiary. |
