| 摘 要： | 在经典的三维划分框架下，结合机会、意愿、能力观点，本文分别从结构维度开发出了互动强度与网络密度子维度，从关系维度开发出了同事信任与主管信任子维度，从认知维度开发出了共同语言与共同愿景子维度。通过项目收集与预试，最终编制了包含23个项目的团队社会资本测量问卷。收集了316个R&D团队中632名成员的正式问卷调查数据，经探索性与验证性因素分析后发现，团队社会资本的六个构面虽然存在一定相关性，但仍然具有一阶六因素结构。所得结果为团队社会资本实证研究奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Under the classical three -dimension framework of social capital and referring to the view of opportunity, motivation and ability, six sub -dimensions were developed in this paper, including interaction strength and network density derived from structural dimension, trust to colleagues and trust to manager derived from relational dimension, common language and common vision derived from cognitive dimension. By means of questionaire survey and using the method of exploratory factor analysis and conformational factor analysis, we have found although the six facets of team social capital were related to each other, there also exist the one - order and six - factor structure. |
