| 摘 要： | 达到确定性、精确性,获得客观的、与文化价值无涉的中立的知识一直是西方哲学不懈追寻的理想,科学哲学对中立方法论构架的追寻是其现代形式。然而,由于方法不是没有本体论基础的纯工具性的东西,它必定承载着某种价值即它意欲实现的目的,以及观察和事实渗透着理论和价值,因而中立方法论构架的追寻终究是一种不可能实现的神话。

| Abstract: | The searching for certainty and objectivity is always an ideal of Western philosophy,scientific philosophy is a modern form of the ideal.Its aim is neutral methodology.But because all methodological rules and observations lade values,this ideal can not be realized,it is just a myth. |
