| 摘 要： | 在明确专利信托含义的基础上,分析专利信托具有的主要功能和在我国可能运用的领域。指出专利信托不仅仅是一项制度创新,而且也是一种管理创新。如何最大化利用专利价值,如何将信托制度运用到专利领域,以发挥其现代功能,是今后专利利用战略研究的一个重要课题。
