| 摘 要： | 运用录像观察、数理统计和文献资料等方法,对第10届世界健美操锦标赛混双项目中我国和强于我国的5个国家的难度动作进行了整理和分析,并对选择难度动作类型、选择难度动作的分值、难度动作的完成质量和难度动作编排出现的位序进行对比分析,结果表明：我国混合双人操在选择难度动作类型上具有良好的均衡性,但是选择难度动作的分值上比较低,难度动作的完成质量差,难度动作编排出现的位序不太合理。通过对这些差异的对比分析,使我们更加了解自己的优势和不足,以期为我国混合双人操难度动作编排提供参考。

| Abstract: | By using the method of documents, video observation and statistics, we comparatively analyze the mixed double difficult parts between China and more powerful nations in the 10^th World Aerobics Championship, and got the results that although the type of the difficult parts we chose were very balanced, its value was lower, the quality of finishing was poor, and the composition order of them was not reasonable. What we analyzed makes us know our advantages and lacking, and provides some references for the compositions of our mixed double difficuh parts. |
