| 摘 要： | 公共图书馆服务体系建设是公共文化服务体系建设的有机组成部分,构建公共图书馆服务体系是时代发展的现实要求,提高图书馆公共文化服务能力的客观需要,我们要站在促进文化大发展大繁荣的高度,加强公共图书馆服务体系建设,建立网络健全、功能完善、优质高效的公共图书馆服务体系,主要包括文献资源建设体系、设施体系、服务供给体系等。着力解决好图书馆阵地网络建设、重大工程、读者活动等问题,建立起公共图书馆服务体系,满足城乡居民享受公共图书馆服务的文化需求。

| Abstract: | The service system construction of the public library is the organic part of the public cultural service system. To establish the public library service system is the realistic request for the ages develop, as well as the objective demand to raise the public library ability of the cultural service. We should promote the culture develop and proper greatly, strengthen the construction, establish a public library service system with the sound network, the perfect function, and the superior quality. The service system mainly includes the construction system of the cultural heritage resources, facilities system and service supply system etc. Put forth effort to resolve the problems, such as the library network construction, the important engineering of the library battlefield and reader activities etc., start to build up a public library service system, satisfy all kinds of residents to enjoy the cultural need. |
