| 摘 要： | 刘国钧是近代中国杰出的民族企业家，是著名的“纺织巨子”。这位泰州籍工商奇才的成功原因主要有三点：视风险为机遇，胆识过人；善抡行业先机，精明过人；为事业不惧生死，勇敢过人。值此全球经济低迷之际，希冀通过对刘国钧成功原因的分析，从而对当前工商企业的发展有所启迪。

| Abstract: | As a textile magnate born in Taizhou, Liu Guojun was an outstanding entrepreneur in the modem history of China. His success can be boiled down to the following three factors. First, he exceeded others in wisdom and regarded risks as opportunities. Then, he was so smart that he did very well in taking the decisive occasion. Third, he was brave enough to do whatever he could for the benefits of his enterprise. The current global economy is sluggish, so the author hopes that the analysis of Liu＇s way to success could be helpful to the development of modem commercial and industrial enterprises. |
