摘    要:教学模式的建构,对课程建设起到巨大的能动作用。三阶能力目标导向教学模式的设计是基于税收实务课程,从课程知识和技能的要求出发,设计“办税、做税、用税”的三阶不断提升的岗位能力,并从课程教学内容的安排、组织实施和效果考核等方面对该教学模式进行全面的设计,有效解决了税收实务课程教学过程中出现的诸多不足和问题,并对其他课程教学模式的创建提供了范式。

The Design and Practice of the Teaching Mode for a Practical Tax Course: On the Basis of the Three-staged Ability-oriented Targets

Abstract:The construction of teaching mode has a significant active effect on curriculum construction. The three-staged ability-oriented teaching mode is designed for a practical tax course. Based on the knowledge and skills required by the course, the mode sets the three ascending stages "collecting tax, handling tax and applying tax" related to the job requirements. An all-round design centering on the teaching mode is made in terms of the teaching content arrangement, organization and implementation, and evaluation and assessment. The mode has solved a lot of defects and problems existing in the teaching of a practical tax course and set up a good example for the teaching mode of other courses.
