| 摘 要： | 胡适作为中国现代史上影响较大的人物之一，在中国文化进程中，起着不容低估的作用。从“五四”时期倡导白话文运动直至临终，他始终坚持着文化上的改良主义，政治上的自由主义和哲学上的实验主义。胡适中西舍璧的文人气质影响了“五四”后一代青年，被大批文人拥为精神界导师。他关心国家、社会的命运以及前途而激发的强烈责任感和使命感，又凸显了其鲜明的政治人格。本文在分析胡适思想的基础上，重点探讨其内在冲突。

| Abstract: | Hu Shih,one of influential figures in China's modern history,plays an important role in the Chinese culture.Starting from the advocacy of the modern Chinese during May 4~(th) till his death,he holds firmly to reformism in culture,liberalism in politics and pragmatism in philosophy.Admired as a teacher in spiritual world,he influences the youth after May 4~(th) by his Chinese-Western-combined intellectual eharaeteristes.His concerns for the fate and prospect of China inspires his strong senses of responsibility and mission,which highlights his prominent political personality. Based on the analysis of Hu Shih's ideas,the author discusses the inner conflicts of his thoughts chiefly. |
