| 摘 要： | 在协调环境与贸易的过程中，尽管还有许多国际组织也在发挥着富有成效的作用，但无疑WTO的努力是最重要的。WTO一直坚持从贸易出发的立场，以维护开放、公平、非歧视的多边贸易体制为原则，将环境保护的内容逐渐融入多边贸易体制中，在多边贸易体制允许的范围内对环境贸易关系做有限的协调，从而为世界经济的高速运行提供了有力的保障。

| Abstract: | Although there are many other international organizations that play important role in coordinating the relationship between environment and international trade, it is no doubt that what WTO has done is quite more effective. For years, WTO insists that everything should come with the needs of international trade. Under the principle of maintaining open, fair and non-discrimination multibilateral trade system, WTO has gradually made the environmental protection as one of its goals. It also has done many jobs to adjust the relationship between environment and internationaltrade. To do this, WTO provides a fundamental condition for the high-developing world economy. |
