论儒家通识智慧的民族特色

摘    要:儒家通识教育智慧源远流长。先秦儒学自然科学、人文科学与社会科学相辅相资的主张,发展了"会通"的通识智慧;其谋道不谋食的追求既凝炼出儒家格物致知的理性精神,也为现代通识教育非专门化、非职业化教育追求奠定了根基。中国传统通识教育在价值目标、价值标准、教育内容和教育方法上有独特的民族风格和中国气派。

Abstract:Confucian wisdom in General Education has a long history.The idea of Pre-Qin Confucianism that natural sciences,humanities and social sciences mutually reinforce promoted the establishment and development of the genreral wisdom which is "universally linking".The pursuit of moral instead of food not only served to seek out the Confucian rational spirit of aquiring knowledge through study of things of the nature,but also laid foundation for modern General Education that aims at non-specialized and non-career-oriented education.Chinese traditional general education bears a unique ethnic style and Chinese style in the value goals,value criteria,educational contents and methods.
