金属正交切削加工中切削力的有限元模拟

摘    要:本文针对典型的正交切削工艺建立了平面应变模型,工件采用弹塑性材料模型,而刀具采用考虑温度变化的刚性材料模型。利用有限元软件,对所建立的模型进行了有限元分析,得到了不同切削速度下的切削力,并对这些切削力进行了比较分析,得出了切削力的变化规律,分析发现该规律比较符合切削力的实验结果,说明可基于该模型对金属切削过程进行更深入的研究。

The FEM Simulation of Cutting Force in Orthogonal Metal Cutting Process

Abstract:This paper presents a plane-strain model for typical orthogonal cutting process.The work pieces are of elastomer plastic material model and the cutting tools are of rigid material model,the temperature of which is also considered.Our model is tested with FEM software and different cutting forces are obtained in different cutting angles.A comparative study of the different cutting forces generates a rule of cutting-forces changes,which is found to be in accordance with the results of cutting experiments.This shows that our model can be used in further study on metal cutting process.
