| 摘 要： | 随着中央对地方的权力下放和市场化的推进,各地方政府受GDP和财政收入指标的利益驱使,地方之间往往是竞争多于合作,地方保护主义因此得以存在和强化。本文从利益的视角分析地方保护主义形成的原因,并在此基础上提出解决对策:关键在于构建利益的均衡。

| Abstract: | With the progress of devolution of China's central government and marketability,each local government,which is driven by GDP and revenue indexes,always has more competition than cooperation,as a result,local protectionism is existed and intensified.This paper analyzes the cause of the forming of local protectionism from interest perspective,and,based on this,gives suggestion for constructing interests balance mechanism. |
