| 摘 要： | 通过对影响社区体育开展的主要因素分析，提出了“新建社区新体育”的构想，力求通过政府的政策指导来实现新建小区配套体育设施的建设，并通过配备体育指导员，进行宣传发动，组建体育俱乐部等方法来加强新区体育活动的组织与指导，为新区居民提供体育服务，营造新区体育人文环境，从而构建一种新型的社区体育模式。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the main factors that affect sports in living quarters,and puts forward some thoughts on new sports in new living quarters through the guidance of the government policy by setting up sports club to provide service for the people in new living quarters, and to create humanities surroundings of sports and to establish a new sports pattern in living quarters. |
