| Abstract: | During the establishing process of the PLA Military Engineering Institute,Chen Geng＇s education thoughts gradually formed a wholesome system in which the expounding of ＂people-oriented,student-considered,administration departments should overcome the bureaucratic style＂ is still full of practical significance to strengthen the Chinese Communist Party construction of university administration,to make administration style better,and to promote the construction of university learning style. |
