| Abstract: | Reasonable benefits makeup is the important premise in promoting harmonious development. But by the way the imbalance of the benefits configuration has become the obstacle factors of influencing the harmonious development. To set up and improve the just allotting system becomes the core requests in further adjustment in benefits configuration while promoting the social harmonious development. |
