| 摘 要： | 政治文明是人类社会在政治领域历史与现实的积极成果, 政治现代化则体现了政治领域现代化的特征, 从而构成现代化的政治文明。现代政治文明是社会主义现代化的重要目标和必然要求, 是社会经济发展的必然结果, 是市场化、商品化程度积累提高的必然趋势。政治文明的现代化特征包括政治民主化、政治科学化、政治公开化、政治大众化等。民主制度、法制环境、政府体系是现代化政治文明的主要内容, 要从思想观念、制度试验、政府形象和公民教育等路径去建构。

Political Civilization: the Political Modernization of a Complete Middle- class Wealth Society |

| Abstract: | The political civilization is a positive result of human society at political realm in history and actuality,and that the political modernization embodies modern characteristic in political realm,and makes up of the modern politial civilization.The modern political civilization is an important target and the inevitable request of socialism modernzation,and is an inevitable outcome that the social economy develops,is an inevitable trend that increase of degree in market and commercialization.The modern characteristic of political civilization include the political democratization,political science,political publicity and political popularization etc.Democratic system,legal system environment,government system are the main contents of modern political civilization,and go to construct them on the path from the ideas,system experiment,the government image and the education of citizen. |
