| 摘 要： | 人们为了达到自身的或者社会利益，需要支出，而这种支出就可以视为一种道德行为的成本．人们在进行道德行为选择时要进行成本一利益的权衡。本文对道德失范现象进行分析，并认为在进行制度设计时，应当根据人们的这种心理特点，让人们明白守德是有用的，选择道德的行为不仅是善的、应当的，同时也是最明智的，并应对那些为牺牲自我利益的道德行为给予激励补偿。

| Abstract: | People pay out to achieve their own or social benefits, which can be regarded as the cost of moral behavior. When people choose their moral behavior, they balance between cost and benefit. This paper analyses the phenomenon ofmoral disorder, and holds that this psychology should be taken into consideration when the system is designed, so that people will know it is useful to observe moral rules, and it is not only kind and proper, but also sensible to choose moral behavior. Besides, the moral behavior like sacrificing self-benefit should be encouraged and compensated. |
