| 摘 要： | 针对我国高职教育近年来不断出现的一些突出问题，探索高职院校各项重点工作一体化运行新机制。强调树立以学院特色为品牌的招生观、以社会需求为导向的人才培养观、以大众化为特征的就业观；建立健全高职院校职能管理机构与决策咨询机构；积极实现人才培养与社会需要相对接、素质提升与岗位需求相对接；进而构建高职院校招生、人才培养、就业工作一体化运行机制。

| Abstract: | With regard to some problems in higher vocational colleges in China, this thesis probes into the operational mechanism of integration in higher vocational colleges. It emphasizes the viewpoint of enrollment of con- strueting the brand of college concerned, the viewpoint of talent cultivation of society - orientation, and the view- point of employment of popularity. Higher vocational colleges should establish institutions of administration and con- sultation, realize the integration of talent cultivation and needs with the aim to construction operational mechanism social needs, and the improvement of quality and post of integration in higher vocational colleges. |
