瓯柑橘皮的体内抗氧化作用研究

摘    要:20只大鼠分为2组做瓯柑橘皮体内抗氧化作用试验。对照组10只饲喂基础饲料,试验组10只在基础饲料中添加10%的瓯柑橘皮,试验期2周。结果:试验组大鼠血清、心肌、肝脏、肾脏的SOD比对照组升高176.5%、39.0%、43.1%、49.5%;血清、心肌、骨骼肌、肝脏、肾脏的GSH-Px比对照组升高27.9%、122%、99.4%、62.3%、90.7%(均P〈0.05或0.01);而血清、心肌、肾脏的MDA比对照组降低29.9%、48.7%和20.5%(P〈0.05和0.01)。结果证明瓯柑橘皮有显著的体内抗氧化作用。

Abstract:20 rats were divided into 2 groups for antioxidating test.The control group 10 rats were fed by basic feed,the experimental group 10 rats were fed by feed was added 10% peel of citrus suavissima. The test time was 2 weeks.The result showed as follows:the SOD of serum,cardiac muscle,liver,kidney were risen 176.5%、39.0%、43.1%、49.5% than the control group respectively,the GSH-Px of serum,cardiac muscle,skeletal muscle,liver,kidney were risen 27.9%、122%、99.4%、62.3%、90.7%(all P0.05 or 0.01) than the control group respectively。The MDA of serum,cardiac muscle and kidney were reduced 29.9%,48.7% and 20.5%(P0.05 or 0.01)respectively. These results showed that the peel of citrus suavissima has remarkable antioxidating effect in body.
