| 摘 要： | 实践教学是高职院校内涵建设中非常重要的方面,实践教学质量是高职院校办学水平和教育教学质量的重要标志,也是人才培养质量的关键。在高职＂2＋1＂人才培养模式中,一年的顶岗实习,对培养学生的综合能力至关重要。但其教学管理中存在着一些问题,所以要完善实践教学管理体系,加强实践教学的文案、运行、考核、保障体系建设等方面的管理。
