| Abstract: | From the special angles of the knowledge receivers,the author analyzes several factors that may influence the knowledge transfer,including reading psychology,knowledge reception psychology of the knowledge receivers as well as their cognitive structure.The author argues that the university library should set up the recipient centered concept,and improve the students’ information literacy and their ability in knowledge discovery. |
