| Abstract: | The demand for educational fund is getting greater due to the expanded enrollment and the internal construction of universities. The prominent conflict between supply and demand of funds is affecting the survival and development of the universities. The sustainable development of universities can be assured by seeking guidance and protection in laws and policies, creating a positive environment for fund raising, innovate the internal fund raising mechanism and strengthen the management of the fund raising and the expenditure. |
