高校质量监控目标分解过程的“四要”与“四控”

摘    要:质量目标是高校教学质量监控体系的核心,其制定、分解、实施是教学质量监控体系发挥质量保障作用的关键。在质量目标分解过程中,要注重与内部沟通、部门间接口、岗位职责、工作任务等相结合,同时要对其分解对象、分解任务、分解步骤的考核与评审工作进行控制。
