| 摘 要： | 以北京工业职业技术学院为北京产煤大户北京京煤集团昊华能源公司成功培养生产一线技能型紧缺人才工作为例,在实践中建立了人才培养工作的校企合作机制,成功探索出了按照企业对技能型人才的实际需求安排教学内容,共同开发,设计实施培养方案的新途径。
