论高校教学督导工作的三大误区

摘    要:当前高校教学督导工作存在着授课教师主体与督导人员客体地位颠倒、教学督导与引导错位、督教与督学失衡三大误区。文章指出了如何走出上述误区,并突出强调了课堂教学督导工作要尊重授课教师的主体地位,把调动教师的积极性和主动性作为课堂教学督导工作的出发点,进而保证教师教学质量的稳步提高。

Abstract:There are mainly, three problems about the instructional supervision in higher education,including the subject-object reversal of the supervisee and supervisor,wrong instruc- tions,and the unbalance of supervising teaching and learning. Suggestions are proposed in this paper, including respecting the subject position of teachers while supervising, promoting and en- couraging the teacher's motivation, and promoting the teaching effect.
