| 摘 要： | 大学生租房走读的原因主要有社会、学校、家庭、个人四个方面的因素。学生租房存在诸多安全隐患,既不利于学生的学习和健康成长,也不利于学校的管理。要切实加强对学生租房的教育与管理,就要改善学校的基础设施建设,加强对学生的思想教育和日常管理,加强学校与家长的联系,发挥家庭教育的作用,以人为本地做好对租房学生的教育和管理工作。

| Abstract: | The reasons why university students rent rooms lie in four aspects: society, school, family and also students themselves. There are many safety hazards for students to rent rooms, which are either favorable for students' learning and development or favorable for the school management. Improving living facilities of the school, giving more education, reinforcing careful everyday management, keeping contact with the students' family can be regarded as effective ways to attract students back to live at dormitories. |
