| 摘 要： | 高校青年教师教学能力的培养与提高,对于提高高校整体的教学质量,加强师资队伍建设,以及促进高校的可持续发展都具有重要作用。基于培养具有高质量、高水平的师资队伍目标,从青年教师的角色转变、高校岗前培训与培养、教师的语言表达能力、教学与科研的关系等方面论述了青年教师提高教学能力的方法与体会。这些对其他青年教师有一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | The growth and improvement of teaching abilities of young university teachers plays an important role in the impro- vement of the teaching quality of total university, he build of faculty members, and the promotion of the continual development of university. The paper introduces some aspects the youth teachers should consider in their growth combining the personal experiences and thoughts, which mainly includes the role change of youth teacher, pre-job training, ability of verbal expression, relation between teaching and science research, teaching method etc. Other young teachers can benefit from the paper. |
