幼儿园教师专业素质现状与提升建议

摘    要:幼儿园保教质量的全面提升需要依靠一支师德高尚、业务精良的教师队伍,在职培训是加强幼儿园教师队伍建设的重要措施。采用问卷和访谈的方法对在职幼儿园教师的专业精神、专业知识和专业能力三方面素质发展现状进行调研,提出幼儿园教师专业素质提升的有效建议:立足实际、明确培训目标;基于需求,丰富培训内容;讲求实效,优化培训流程;跟踪指导,提升培训效果。

Abstract:The overall improvement of the kindergarten teaching and education needs respectable ethics cultivated in on-the-job training of excellent teachers. This paper used a questionnaire and interview survey to investigate the professional quality of kindergarten teachers in ethics, special literacy and capability for further improvement. It thus put forward practical suggestions on clear training objectives, rich training content, streamlined training process and sustainable efficient training
