| 摘 要： | 幼儿园保教质量的全面提升需要依靠一支师德高尚、业务精良的教师队伍，在职培训是加强幼儿园教师队伍建设的重要措施。采用问卷和访谈的方法对在职幼儿园教师的专业精神、专业知识和专业能力三方面素质发展现状进行调研，提出幼儿园教师专业素质提升的有效建议:立足实际、明确培训目标；基于需求，丰富培训内容；讲求实效，优化培训流程；跟踪指导，提升培训效果。
