| 摘 要： | 国家档案资源建设是档案工作和档案事业的根基,私人档案信息资源是国家档案资源的重要组成部分。本文试从作为社会主体的人的角度来构建私人档案信息资源体系,体系的构成将分为普通大众层,骨干精英层、杰出贡献层三个层次,以期推动覆盖人民群众的档案资源体系的建设。
