| 摘 要： | 在知识与经济结合更加紧密的时代，高等教育服务贸易已经成为各国推动经济发展的重要力量，得到了各国的普遍重视。目前，中国高等教育服务贸易的发展规模较小，结构有待优化。中国应抓住“一带一路”这一契机，从政府及高校等多个层面对高等教育服务贸易的发展做出相应的政策与制度安排，促进沿线国家间高等教育合作和交流，以应对全新背景下经济社会发展对国际人才的需求。

| Abstract: | Trade in higher education services has become an important driving force for the countries to promote economic development in the era of knowledge-driven economy. This study aimed to examine the issues and problems of China’s higher education service trade of small scale. It assumed that China could seize the opportunity of “the Belt and Road” to make appropriate policies and institutional arrangements in terms of governance and universities to promote higher education cooperation and exchanges among the countries alongside and meet the international demand for human resources in economic and social development. |
