| Abstract: | The developing unbalance of regions becomes a remarkable character in the course of carrying forward the new rural cooperatives medical service system in Jiangsu Province. In the middle and the north of Jiangsu province, to increase the presents participating insurance rate is the key to establish a benign circular developing mechanism of the new rural cooperative medical service system. |
