| 摘 要： | 高校网络舆论具有更大的开放性、更广的参与性、更好的共享性、更多的集中性、更高的层次性等特点。同时由于网络管理的滞后,高校网络人群的特殊性,也出现了一些突出的新问题。文章从建立新的信息收集与反馈机制、信息甄别与干预机制、信息引领与疏导机制、信息预警和处置机制等方面,提出了加强网络舆情疏导与干预的一些建议。

| Abstract: | The network opinion in Campus has such characteristics as more openness,wider participation,better common sharing,more centralization and higher hierarchy.Meanwhile,it has been caused some new problems as a result of lag management of networks and the particularity of college network group.Articles from the establishment of a new information collection and feedback mechanisms,information screening and intervention mechanisms,information lead and ease mechanisms,information early warning and response mechanisms,etc,proposed to strengthen the network of public opinion guidance and intervention recommendations. |
