| 摘 要： | 日趋激烈的国际竞争,主要是人才的竞争,而人才竞争的实质,从某种意义上讲又是人才环境的竞争。良好的人才环境对于高校培养和引进人才、造就高素质教师队伍、充分发挥人才资源潜能具有重要作用。高校加强人才环境建设应在人才工作体制、制度政策、工作生活条件、人文人际气氛等方面采取有力措施。
