| 摘 要： | 知识产权制度既是有效保护知识成果的重要制度，又是激励知识生产、传播和应用的制度，而且随着经济发展全球化，知识产权保护日益国际化，其在未来世界发展中的作用将会越来越重要。我国的知识产权法律和执法机制，在不断融入经济全球化的过程中、在逐步承诺履行知识产权国际公约中成熟和完善起来。
