| 摘 要： | 截止2009年,我国已有44个城市被国家有关部门列为资源枯竭型城市,其面临着生态环境破坏严重、主体产业衰退、失业及贫困人口较多等方面的困境。本文在对资源枯竭型城市产生的原因和面临的困境进行较为深入分析的基础上,从政策扶持和立法保障两方面提出了资源枯竭型城市可持续发展的基本对策。

| Abstract: | The government has released a list of 44 resource-exhausted cities by 2009.These cities are facing many social problems such as environmental problems,the recession of the main industry and imbalanced unemployment.Based on the analysis of the causes of the resource-exhausted cities and the dilemma the cities faced,the paper proposed a strategy for the sustainable development of the resource-exhausted cities from two areas,policy support and legislation. |
