| 摘 要： | 服务型政府就是以全心全意为人民服务为宗旨的政府。服务型政府的理论基础可以从政治学、行政学、行政法学的视角得到解释。新重庆将建设服务型政府作为行政改革的目标符合时代的正确选择。其实施战略应该包括其文化支持、职能配置、公法保障、人才保证、财政支持、信用保证和技术保障等方面。

| Abstract: | A service-type government aims to serve the people wholeheartedly.The theoretical foundation can be explained from the perspectives of political science,administration and administrative law.The new Chongqing has chosen to construct such a service-type government,the strategies for which include cultural support,functional disposition,public law,guarantee of HR supply,financial support,credit guarantee and technology insurance etc.. |
