| 摘 要： | "两为主"政策是目前我国农民工子女教育政策的核心内容,对农民工子女教育问题的解决起到了重要的作用。但这一政策还存在着一定的问题,尤其是随着全国免除城市义务教育阶段学生学杂费政策的实施,"两为主"政策的环境也发生了变化,使得政策中的一些矛盾凸显。这需要对"两为主"政策进行改革和完善。
