| Abstract: | The documentaries from the local government and the national development planning require promoting the development of high-tech industries by means of financial developments.However,the basic research on the relationship between the two is insufficient.The paper analyzes the impacts of the financial development on high-tech industries by taking Guangzhou for example empirically.Finally,some related policy suggestions are concluded. |
