摘    要:初中数学学困生普遍存在.转化学困生是提高初中数学教学效果的重要课题.结合教学工作实践,分析学生数学学习困难的原因,阐述了转化学困生的途径与方法,以及取得的初步成效,以期与同行继续深入探索,全面提高初中数学教学质量.

Abstract:It is prevalent for the junior high school students to meet difficulties in the learning of mathematics.It is an important issue to transform the poor students so as to improve the teaching effectiveness of the junior high school mathematics.In combination with teaching practice,this author analyzes the students' mathematical learning difficulties and elaborates on the ways and means of the conversion of poor students.The preliminary results obtained is given for the further exploration of peers,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of junior high school mathematics teaching.
