| 摘 要： | 当前我国小学体育教师继续教育在内容选择、授课形式、指导师来源、集中继续教育的时间安排和培训的考核等方面尚没有成功的教育模式，运用调查法和实验法对以上各个方面进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The choices of contents,teaching,instruction,time and testing for continual education for primary school P.E. teachers are in lack of policy guidance. There are few successful modes for this continual education. This paper studies the relative factors with adoption of investigation and experiments. |
