| 摘 要： | 部门预算是反映政府部门收支活动的预算。高校部门预算是高校事业发展计划和任务的全面反映。本指出了目前高校部门预算工作存在的问题，并针对这些问题及如何加强高校部门预算工作进行了阐述，提出了编制部门预算应遵循的原则。
