| 摘 要： | 市民社会理论，在马克思主义哲学的形成和发展中扮演着重要的角色。结合资本主义的现实对市民社会理论进行历史考察和哲学批判，是马克思创立唯物史观的重要理路之一；而“市民社会”也是著名西方马克思主义者葛兰西哲学体系中的一个核心范畴，市民社会理论构成了葛兰西哲学的重要组成部分。与马克思的市民社会理论相比较，葛兰西的对市民社会的考察呈现出两个重要的差异：一是研究视角的转移，即从经济哲学的视角转移到文化哲学的视角；二是无产阶级革命策略的转移，即从政治革命转换到文化革命：文化领导权的争夺。
