中国式摔跤训练对人体力量、无氧工作能力的影响

摘    要:为了了解中国式摔跤训练对人体力量、无氧工作能力的影响,本研究对10名中国式摔跤专项的大学生与10名体育教育专业大学生进行体脂百分含量、力量(握力、背力)、无氧功率的测试。结果发现:1、中国式摔跤专项大学生组的背力和左右手握力均显著高于对照组;2、中国式摔跤专项大学生组Wingate无氧率测试PP、AP及PP/kg、AP/kg、MP/kg、PD、0-5秒和5-10秒平均功率均显著高于对照组。表明:中国式摔跤在选材和训练中注重和提高人体的力量和无氧工作能力,其运动员具有力量大,爆发力好,但输出功率下降较快、力量耐力相对较差的特点。

Abstract:To find out how Chinese - style wrestling impacts on strength and anaerobic work capacity, this research choose 20 college students for a test. The first group is made of 10 of them majored in Chinese-style wrestling; the second group is made of another 10 students majored in physical education. They are tested on fat percentage quantity, strength (grip and back strength) and anaerobic power. The findings are: strength of the first group are apparently higher than the second group; So are PP,AP,PP/ kg,AP/kg,MP/kg, PD and the average power during 0^-5 seconds and 5^- 10 seconds by Wingate's anaerobic power test. It indicates that Chinesestyle wrestling focuses on training and improving one's power and anaerobic work capacity. The athletes have strong power with poor endurance relatively.
