| Abstract: | In recent years, private logistics enterprises barge up against many difficulties and obstacles in the rapid development and growth and they are even hard to survive. In another word, they encounter a ＂bottleneck＂ of the growth. Therefore, it is critical to find out the situation and then seek the feasible measures to train their growth ability. |
