| 摘 要： | 国家级非物质文化遗产“掼牛”兼具穆斯林文化和嘉兴地域文化特征。这一遗产的形成、传承和发展创新，体现了回族的民风民俗与人文情怀，以及南迁回民对传统文化的继承和弘扬。韩海华对“掼牛”的现代化创新与文化解密，以及官方和民间对“掼牛”项目的关注，推动了“掼牛”运动的传承和发展。

| Abstract: | GuanNiu contains Muslim and Jiaxing Culture, it belongs to national Intangible cultural heritage. The formation, inheritance and development of this heritage reflect Hui folkway and humanistic, and immigrated people＇s inheritance and their Traditional culture. The development of GuanNiu owes to Han haihua＇s innovation and his culture decryption, as well as the attention from the folk and official. |
