高校抗挫折能力发展体育教学模式构建

摘    要:本文依据高校学生身心发展理论、健康教育理论、体育教育理论等内容,结合当前我国《体育与健康课程标准》的现状,构建出"高校抗挫折能力发展体育教学模式",并就该模式的理论基础、教学目标、具体实施、教学评价方法等问题进行了较为详细的探讨。对促进大学生身心健康,推动高校体育事业发展已经我国基础教育体育课程改革具有一定的理论价值。

The Physical Education Teaching Models of Anti-frustration Ability in Colleges

Abstract:This article builds a sports teaching model which can develop-anti -frustration ability. This model not only bases on the theories such as high school students'physical and mental development of the theory, health education theory and theory of physical education, but also colabines with current status of physical education in china. At the same time, in order to promote college students'physical and mental health and the development of the cause of university physical education, the author deeply discussed several parts under this model, such as theoretical basis, teaching objectives, the specific implementation, teaching evaluation methods.
