| 摘 要： | 通过6年的健美操教学实验研究和跟踪调查，结果显示：大学生通过健美操选项课学习和锻炼后，不仅在形体、姿态等外在气质上有了较大的改善，而且在人格力量和创美、创新能力方面与非健美操选项组相比也呈现出高度显著性差异。
