| 摘 要： | 高校校报是党的新闻工作的一部分，也是高校思想政治工作的一个重要阵地。高校校报应在各高校党委的高度重视与支持下，规范定位，健全机构；增加投入，改善办报条件；缩短出版周期，增强时效性；加强队伍建设；提高校报的可读性。真正做到以正确的舆论引导人，以强势的舆论影响人，为高校改革和发展创造良好的舆论氛围。

| Abstract: | The University school paper is a part of the Communist Party's newspaper facilities as well as an important front porch of universities' political and ideological works. All the problems have made it a high time for the university school paper to upgrade itself by locating on the right position, perfecting its organization, increasing the input, improving the conditions of its running, shortening the publish cycle, strengthening its effectiveness, reinforcing the personnel resources, developing its readability. |
