| 摘 要： | 现代化初期阶段"经济中心"、"科学至上"的消极面导致学校原本不完善的人文教育更趋淡化。辅导员队伍本身的人文素质也不尽如人意,缺乏对学生开展人文素质教育的基本知识和能力,直接影响了大学生的未来发展。在教育呼唤人文回归的背景下,探究如何培养高校辅导员的人文素质有着重要的现实意义。
